FAQs

1. Do you film/photograph events outside of the immediate Charlotte, NC area?
Yes, I love to travel! Depending on the event's location, I factor in any travel costs into your final quote.

2. What is your booking/payment policy?
A payment of 25% of total cost is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. The additional 75% is due 30 days prior to the event date. *If you would prefer the 75% of the remaining cost broken into smaller payments, that can be negotiated after booking.

3. What is your policy on rescheduling?
If you need to reschedule your event, for any reason, and I have the new date available, any money paid up front will be transferred to the rescheduled date. If I am unavailable for the rescheduled date, it will be treated as a cancellation (see the following).

4. What is your policy on cancellations?
If you need to cancel your event, a cancellation of videography/photography services is allowed up to two months prior to the date of your event. If prior to two months, you communicate the cancellation to me, any money paid up front will be refunded 100%. If you cancel within the two-month timeframe prior to the event, you are responsible to pay 50% of the cost of the videography/photography service.

5. How do I submit payments?
I have multiple ways for you to submit your down payment and final payment for services: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or check.

6. How long will it take to get my film/photo collection after my event?
The turn around time for editing projects is 1-2 months, depending on project.

7. How do you edit the film/photo collection?

Films are edited using Final Cut Pro, and photos are edited through Adobe Lightroom.

8. How do I receive my film/photo collection?

Films are delivered through VidFlow and provide clients with a personalized website that lasts for up to 10 years.

Photos are delivered in organized folders via a flash drive.

9. Do you sell your raw footage?

I do not sell my photography or videography raw footage since I utilize picture profile settings that required advanced editing. The images that I deliver to clients are fully edited and ready to enjoy for years to come!

10. Have you studied photography?

Yes! I have studied photography and filmmaking during my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In my education, I have worked with traditional film as well as digital photography.
